What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t let these “perfect” bodies on the internet make you feel like being fit and healthy is unachievable. The hardest part of the process is starting and soon you will see yourself reaching YOUR goals. You have to be highly motivated and dedicated with a good support system to make it happen. You can still have a social life and make healthy decisions. Once you learn that lifestyle you literally age in reverse and you feel better than you ever have before!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I’ve had 3 kids. I lost confidence in myself and would scroll through the internet wishing I looked like these beautiful fit women. I’ve always wanted to be a bikini competitor but I thought the judges would be grossed out by my stretch marks and loose skin. When I hit 30 yrs old I was told I was overweight for my height and realized I needed to get my life together, especially for my kids. If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I’m always about helping others so it wouldn’t solely be for me. I’ve shared dreams with my husband to have a one stop shop for people who want to reach their fitness goals. We want to not only open our own gym but we want to actually train our clients, provide a supplement shop, fitness gear, a food stand that meets their meals plans and of course delicious protein shakes! I would also love to start my own competition team and give people the confidence they’ve never see
