Who is your support system to help get you there aka “Your teammates”. (Who you surround yourself plays a big part on you’re level of success) 4.) Execute. You have goals, a plan, and now it’s action time- put it all into action. 5.) Continue to review your plan, adjust, adapt as necessary. Just start.
Fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle has had a huge impact on my life. Fitness has helped me compete/train at a high level with my sports. Mentally, it keeps me balanced- boosts my mood, it’s a great outlet. I am a mother of three kids, where my healthy lifestyle has a huge positive influence on them. Living this lifestyle trickles into all aspects of my life and it inspires others to raise their standards- Which is my passion; to lead and help others make healthy lifestyle changes.
-I will Donate $5,000 of the money towards helping kids play hockey in our small community of Miramichi, New Brunswick/area. I will pick 5 kids- donate $1,000/ea to put towards registration and equipment. - I will AlSO donate $5,000 towards kraft hockeyville 2019 winners, my community Renous, NB! Which will help aid in the Tom Donovan Arena updates/repairs. - The rest of the money I will put towards a savings for my 3 children.
