What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Keep chasing your goals and never give up! It will be hard to make a significant lifestyle change but in the end it will be worth it. Always surround yourself with people that have your best interest at heart and support your goals. Have a plan, write it down and remind yourself of your WHY! Everyone's WHY is different but knowing this will assist you in reaching this goal!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has influenced my life by enabling me to help so many people. I found that you don't have to be a personal trainer or instructor to have a lasting impact on someone; lead by example. I have met so many incredible people through fitness and I've been blessed to help others help themselves. Fitness is a way for all people to connect regardless of where you are in your journey. The ability to EMPOWER, MOTIVATE and SUPPORT people daily has been the most remarkable aspect of all!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would utilize the platform to motivate people everywhere by showing that regardless of your age, size or fitness level you can reach your goals with hardwork, perseverance and persistence. Being a mother of 3, fulltime employee, student and competitor I want to show women everywhere that they can reach their fitness goals too! I would use the $20,000 to continue my education in Fitness which will provide me the knowledge and skills to help a larger spectrum of people everywhere.
