I would recommend you to evaluate your current lifestyle first. Pick your bad habits and behaviors and focus on changing those first. Our life is a sum of our daily habits that when we change change a bad habit to a goof habit then it is much easy to stick with healthier lifestyle.
It gave me a sense of well being and a purpose of life. Going through a breast cancer journey was so much easier with fitness and it also gave me the opportunity to help others through my experience. Fitness is more than physical but connecting with mind and spiritually.
I started a small fitness studio back in 2013 with $5000. It is still small and I would love to use this money to expand my business. When I opened the studio, I told myself that I will charge lower than the most places so people can keep coming. If I have some back up money, then I can probably lower more that more people can come to the studio.
