Time and persistence. You need to love your body during the process of losing weight and becoming healthier. There is no, “get skinny quick” magic pill or drink. It can take years to achieve results, and you must love yourself through that time in order to stay in track and not lose sight of your goals.
I suffered from chronic headaches and IBS throughout my childhood and high school years before I started working out and eating clean as a young adult. Now, I have neither. I feel better physically and mentally now then I did when I was a teenager. It’s amazing!
I would love to go back to school and get a degree in nutrition and exercise science. My dream is to open a gym and not only train people, but help them with their nutrition.
