Fitness has kept me mentally and physically stronger. In all the struggles that life gives me I can always tune out the negative with my gym sessions. Instead of turning to other sources of stress relief, the gym has become my outlet and my Passion. I am now a personal trainer teaching others to use fitness as their outlet. Helping other's now achieve their goals gives me so much joy and happiness. My love for fitness has taught me discipline and self control.
I would definitely use this for my 1st home for my Kids and I. It is what we have been wanting for a long time!
