What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

An individual that wants to be fit and healthy should always view their mind as their most valuable instrument. I would recommend others to create an internal goal first and work from the inside out. Health starts with a strong mentality- a powerful mind state is the catalyst for long term fitness. The body will undergo an amazing metamorphosis if your force starts with your mentality. Purpose and intention is very important when choosing a fit and healthy lifestyle.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness transformed my mind and soul before it changed my body. By tapping into my inner strength in the gym, I learned a lot about the power of my mind and became fascinated with humans' ability to demolish limits. When my journey began in 2013, the little insecure girl inside of me, found raw purpose. A beast within unleashed rapidly with the desire to be stronger, confident and better. Fitness started as my therapy and is to this day still what helps me heal in every aspect on a daily basis.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would start organizing a tour across the country particularly for women, consisting of strength training and body positive workshops to help inspire women mentally and spiritually. In this lifetime it is my mission to help as many individuals as I can and I would love to do so in the realm of fitness. In this day and age a lot of women are looking to get stronger in all aspects of life and I am excited to perpetuate this empowering movement.
