What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Surround yourself with others with the same goals! Motivation is contagious! Find someone who you look up to to help coach you through your goals (ME!). Set your mind, have patience with yourself and give it your all and you will no doubt reach your goals. Your diet and workout have to be consistent!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has changed my life from the very moment I got involved. I started feeling better the moment I began eating better and working out regularly. It has helped me physically, mentally and emotionally. I am convinced fitness is the fountain of youth!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would pay some bills and invest in some health and fitness business ventures my husband and I would like to start. We really just want to expand the ways we can help others reach their goals and feel better about themselves.
