What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don't look at the entire staircase, just focus on one day at a time. Put one foot in front of the other and continue to walk forward. Consistency is what wins. When you want something someone else has, find out what they are doing and ask questions. Never ever give up, time will pass anyway. Don't focus on the scale, find a bigger reason that makes you want to show up each day. When you don't feel like exercising and eating healthy, think about how great you feel when you do!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is my therapy, it has gotten me through some of life's hardest battles and is what I lean on to help me to become the best version of myself. Fitness helps me to reset after a long hard day and has helped me to build confidence knowing that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. Without fitness, I'd be completely lost.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was to win the title of Ms Health and Fitness and win $20,000 I would pay off divorce debt and student loans.
