To be healthy you need to take a holistic approach. Health is about the mind body and soul. Being healthy and fit is not only how you appear on the outside, but your cardiac health your mental health are very important. This comes from choosing healthy options when meal planning to surrounding yourself with positive influential people.
I am a nurse of 20 years, mother of three children (a set of twins). Fitness is very important part of who I am and what o role model to my children. Being fit is about being healthy, the “gym” has gotten me through many times in my life. Having that place I can go to focus on me and my health- to break away from the phones and the iPads. I would use some of the winnings to donate to our local Thompson Center for autism. One of my twins is on the spectrum. I would donate some to the local humane society. Invest some and use the rest to donate to the local March of Dimes. I would also speak to those I connect with about finding a “workout” you like to maintain a program. Half the battle I tell people is getting to the gym or your workout class or the trail. Once your there the rest is easy. A huge passion for me is th
