What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Approach health and fitness as a lifestyle, something you do to give your body the love and care it needs. Reach out to people in your community who have experience, don’t be afraid to look for guidance and ask questions. And remember that even the fittest person in the gym started somewhere. Every step you take towards a healthier journey is progress, so be proud of the steps and love the journey! ♥️

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I am immensely grateful for all of the lessons and gifts fitness has brought to my life. Physically, I’ve overcome having diastasis recti (ab seperation 5in) and massively corrected my posture from having scoliosis. I feel strong and capable in anything I want to do. But it’s also taught me patience, self love, presence and dedication. It’s a gift that I’m proud to teach my daughters and to give to my community.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I am currently taking my schooling to help train and teach others about fitness, nutrition and living a life of health through self awareness and love. I would put this money towards building my dream of helping as many people as I can and spreading a positive and honest message about living a healthy and fit lifestyle.
