Get as many resources as you can. Talk to a trainer; you will learn so much. It’s important to get facts on diet and workouts so you can help achieve your goals. Also, be patient when working towards fitness goals. Patience and consistency are key. It will take time to see results but it’s worth it- you will feel great physically and mentally. Find a support system who will support you And give encouragement towards a healthy lifestyle.
It helps me feel good physically and mentally. It’s like a form of therapy, when I’m having a bad day I can go workout and it helps me feel so much better. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and I am so proud of myself when I feel myself getting stronger and looking more fit. It gives me more energy and a more positive attitude. I love working out and am getting my son into going to the gym with me. We have fun and it is great seeing him adopt more healthy habits too.
I would give some to my trainer, because he has helped me and encouraged me to help reach my fitness goals. I’ve learned so much from him as far as nutrition and workouts. I also would love to take my son and I on a long vacation to wherever he would like to travel to. I would love for my son to see different states in the U.S.
