I would definitely recommend a mindset change. If you've been trying to accomplish something whether it's lose weight, gain muscle, eat healthier, etc., it's all about having your mind set on that goal. That's first and foremost. Once you set your mind on it, you can accomplish it!
Fitness makes me feel good about myself, and it makes me happy. To accomplish certain goals and know that I've pushed myself to attain those goals I set for myself. The work you put in makes you appreciate everything it has done for you mentally and physically. There are so many people, especially women that hate their bodies. What they don't understand is when you dedicate your mind to achieving a certain goal it makes you that much stronger, and your confidence will soar!
If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness I would donate to the Wounded Warrier's fund, and put a down payment on a more reliable vehicle for me and my children. The remaining I would put into a savings towards my children's future education.
