Nothing beats cardio. Do cycling; jog on a treadmill; on elliptical machine or the stepper; etc (something you enjoy most) for 40 minutes or more. Do not skip it for more then 3 days. Eat more vege & eat more baked or steam meat as a source of protein. Do workout 4 or 5 days a week (depends on your body goal). Hired a Personal Trainer (for beginners) to avoid injury & remember to enjoy your workout. It takes time. But once you see the results; you'll get addicted & wanted to do more
They always said life start at 40. I always wonder how could that be. Once i reach mine; I felt soo much happier then I was before. Felt more content with myself & my family. I've got what i want; what i needed. I never once complained about my office work & my freelance work as a Personal Trainer. My house is small; my car is old; yet the kids gets their needed & manage to go to school & college. Thank you god for this sweet life opportunity & thank god for a supportive husb
I want to open up a gym where everyone can affort to join & free entrance for patrons age 55 and above to encourage them to exercise & lead a a healthy lifestyle. Go school to school; college to college to educate them of how important it is to exercise & stay healthy. It's good for their mind & soul & not to mention the positiveness at the same time. Nothing bad about being fit & live longer. Don't think too much. Stop making excuses. Be the best version of you because l
