Fitness positvely influences my life by reducing stress and anxiety. As someone who has struggled with anxiety for many years and wanted to avoid medications, I found exercising in any form has drastically changed my life for the better. Not only do I feel mentally and physically great, but I look it. Having seen the muscle I've created over the years and the strength has been a big accomplishment.
As a frequent gym go-er, I have noticed many areas of improvement, mostly for women such as myself who look for variety and can feel comfortable at the gym. A system that works for all sizes, body types, and strength. A personal goal and routine set for each individual women. I would like to work towards a system such as that and implement it.
