The first thing I talk about w/ people is the importance of water lol. Water is something everyone can incorporate in their life! As a trainer, I give people this tasks to tackle first because #1 its a necessity! #2 The correct consumption of water reaps many benefits including weight loss. If I can't get a client to stay on top of their water intake then this gives me a good idea of what I'm working with and where they are at in their discipline skills
Mental health is a huge key to fitness and having a good relationship w/ yourself. When someone makes a lifestyle change there must be a strong conviction to work on not only your outer aesthetics but to also work on the internal aesthetics of your vital organs.
