What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would recommend to others that want to be fit and healthy to just go for it. Don’t put it off, don’t put yourself down. If they have no idea what to do to become fit and healthy, I say get a professional trainer to help assist so they can gain as much knowledge as possible to get where they would like to be. How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has changed my life for the better. I always played sports growing up. Shortly after high school, I became a troubled teen. Which is typical growing up in Baltimore. Finding my way back to fitness in my late 20s I started growing mentally and physically. I realized I am who I need to be with fitness. Everything I do now involves fitness. I am a personal trainer and youth strength and conditioning coach. I am also aspiring to be a professional bodybuilder and one day own a sports center.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would build my sports and fitness facility to be able to help out the youth in my community to have a safe place to go to and become overall better human beings. As well as a place to promote health and fitness to all adults. I would dedicate all my earnings to that which is my dream I will one day make reality!
