I would recommend that if you want to be fit and healthy you should first start with what you eat. The majority fitness begins in the kitchen. When you put the right healthy foods in your body you will get the most out of your workouts. Once you have gotten your eating habits as good as possible make time to put those good foods to work and get moving. Putting together a workout plan however small will start you on your way to being fit and healthy.
Fitness has influenced my life greatly. It has kept me young and energetic. I always have a positive outlook about things. I also feel that as I have learn more about good healthy foods and strength building workouts I appear to be in a better place with my body and health then many of my peers my age and even younger than me. I have also learned to share and help others begining the health and fitness journey and influence them positively.
If I were to be the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would first invest in a fitness business so that I may help other experience the joy that I have recieved from being healthy and fit. There are so many that I can help of all ages and levels. And i would love to be able to do that full time as a career.
