Be kind and honest with yourself. The journey can be amazing but anything amazing has hard moments. There are many ways to approach it but you have to be honest with yourself. Are you pushing yourself in the gym? Are you eating the right food/portions to get to your goals? But it's also important to be honest with yourself in terms of taking a rest day or being too hard on yourself. Sustainable results take TIME and you have to proud of the small steps and all accomplishments.
The journey is never ending. You can ALWAYS improve, learn, & try new things. It allows me to be proud of accomplishment but work towards bigger/better goals. I've grown to love the gym and balance with healthy eating because there are many benefits: increased confidence, improved mental health, the endorphins, a healthier body and of course esthetically its nice to work towards the body you want. A portion would go to charities and another portion would towards something that could help bring more positivity and balance in the fitness industry. I am not 100% sure what it would be yet but I would it to be something that could help others on their fitness journey. Something that could help people get to their goals and not hate the gym or feel they must eat broccoli rice and chicken everyday to get to their goals. A small portion would maybe go to my favourite donuts.
