Consistency! Diets and “fast fixes” are BS. Set a long term goal and have respect for the small steps. Eat FAT, PROTEIN AND CARBS and understand there is a difference between “healthy” and “fit”. In every way. Common, being strong and lifting lots, that makes you feel GOOD! Also, think about it: carry heavy weigh on your back that pushes you down to the floor, which you’re force to embrace before pushing back up - and then do it again - how is this not a perfect metaphor to life? Fitness has given me a new look on challenges, strength to deal with mental health as physical strength, confidence and joy.
With $20,000, I would firstly get my fitness degree certificate for one. I recently got married, and we have yet to save up money for a honeymoon. About $2000 would go to bring my husband on a honeymoon-trip to Norway ( where I’m originally from & he has never been!) Some of it would go to pay down my student loan, and the last part, I would spend produce a short film with my husband ( besides being super obsessed with fitness, I’m also an actress & producer).
