I would recommend changing one or two things slowly! For example adding Exercise throughout your day like during a commercial break on the TV show, which is typically three minutes, you can do bodyweight squats, a plank for 30 seconds, and a few jumping jacks. While you’re waiting for the shower to warm up do a few push-ups and squat pulses! This would add up to about 15 min of a daily workout routine for someone that is starting and can be built on week by week.
Health and wellness is my number one goal! This helps promote a healthy lifestyle not only for myself but for my children as well as my clients! It allows me to be more active with my children, we cook healthy meal together and get to enjoy outdoor fun!
I would buy the whole family new bikes! I have started a clothing drive and field trip committee for our local Montrose Veterans! So next I would buy all the guys brand new socks and clothes that we still need. I would then get the rest of the house and kids bedrooms painted. Whatever was left would go into the savings!
