Preparation is key! Being prepared Provides you with a higher chance of achieving your goals and lessens the impact of misfortunes. 1- Being prepared instills confidence/belief in oneself. When you set your mind and believe in yourself, you’re more likely to reach your goal. 2- Being prepared saves time. Adequately preparing head of time, packing food/water helps with becoming a more efficient person & demonstrates a great sense of self-discipline.
Fitness helped me in many ways! Being able to exercise daily really helped improve my mental and emotional functioning by alleviating stress and it provides me with a sense of well-being. It helped change my perspective on life by providing me with a sense of purpose. It helped change my mood to a more positive and happy feeling. I’ve become more productive, self-disciplined, and have gained a great deal of self-love that has help me improve my quality of life.
I would use the $20,000 to return to school to obtain my B.A. of Science in Physiology so that I can become knowledgeable of the mechanics of the human body. Being able to become one with the body and really have that mind-Muscle connection will help with improving in my training. This is a life long learning process that I am eager to learn and grow about.
