What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t wait to start! Fitness is a personal journey and consistency is the #1 key to success. Figuring out what works in your life and learning YOUR body and mind is the key!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Knowing I am positively impacting my health by working out and eating well helps me with energy and most of all ,confidence. Discipline is a skill that transfers to all areas of my life and knowing I am taking care of myself and learning along the way about what works for me - I feel as if I will maximize my potential as a human being in this life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

This is a tough question for me. I have some debts I would like to address, and then a business venture related to health and fitness that I would like to get off the ground, directed towards helping women find their own best path and establish good habits around their health. I need some much more technologically savvy humans to help me with this!
