Plan your meals and get on a regular exercise routine. Incorporate outside cardio like biking or running. Educate yourself about healthy eating and working out. Don't let minor setbacks discourage you, focus on your goals and maintain them.
It helps with my depression and willingness to over eat or get bored and eat the wrong foods. Also seeing positive changes in my body helps my mental positive attitude. The gym is where i go for my therapy to relax and let go.
