It's a lifestyle that is achievable. Set goals and develop a plan. Your goals and plan can be short-term or long-term-just try to stick with it or make adjustments as needed. Never give up!
Fitness has allowed me to maintain a positive physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Not to mention healthy nutrition habits and fitness workouts that help me to look and feel my best. It has allowed me to be a positive influence in the lives of others, especially female athletes.
It would be such an honor to be the next Ms. Health and Fitness. I would use the money to help my city of Baltimore by providing excess to fitness with a free youth running program, sponsor homeless families, create a scholarship for female athletes to support for college, and continue to support cancer research by donating to #BraveLikeGabe
