Define your goals! Once you have a clear goal to work towards, start making small lifestyle changes and adjust as you advance on your fitness journey. It takes patience and consistency, but the results are worth it!
My days are a lot more structured since my workouts are a non-negotiable part of them, and that pushes me to weigh my priorities and keep my activities routinely scheduled. I started my fitness journey about a year and a half ago after I had finally realized all of the unhealthy choices I had been making in the couple years prior. Since then, making myself a priority and defining my goals has led to me loosing over 60 pounds, regaining confidence, and all around becoming a healthier individual.
I would use the money to help pay off my student loans and to become a certified fitness instructor.
