What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

It’s a mental game, you should realize that your capable of re defining yourself beyond your goals, with consistency & positivity! Exercise can be exhilarating once your confidence prevails over self doubt! No matter your shape or size Loving your body is sexy, self care is sexy. Focus on your basics:watch videos for ideas , discover your TEMPORARY/current limitations, your goals, your form. Get comfy in form and dress in clothes that make you feel good about your appearance!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I view fitness training or weight lifting as a form of “recess“ for adults. It’s amazing to see how many different and beautiful bodies take part. Seeing different colors shapes and sizes in the gym all there for one reason- to feel good about themselves- it drives me to want to motivate every one of them like we’re all in this together. The gym has created a family of acquainted strangers for me, creating friendly competition for me.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I would finish my last 3 classes at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school and graduate in France with 3k. Pay off my debts I earned from sending myself to college with 10k. Finally Start my business’ “Hungry Humboldt food tours on the Northern California coast for 3k, & my “Finesse Fitness” business as a Nutritionist/ personal trainer & life coach with 1K. With 3k I would take my siblings on our first cruise.
