Set small goals for yourself. Challenging your mind, body influences how you live your life. Lay your clothes out the night before, set an alarm and wake up telling yourself you have an appointment with yourself you can’t miss. Buddy up if you need extra motivation and encourage each other. Be honest with yourself about the food you consume. Keep a journal and see what goes on with your eating patterns for a week. Make adjustments as needed. Meal prep and plan to take your lunch to work.
Working out makes me feel confident and happy. It’s a mood booster and time I get to spend on myself. I can’t take care of others unless I take care of myself first.
I would save some, invest in myself and make sure all of my fitness certifications are renewed, take a fitness related vacation and build my dream home gym.
