To be patient. Consistency is key. You can’t reach attainable goals over night. You are your own competition, and if you set your own expectations for you only, you can achieve anything you really put your mind to. Fitness has not only helped my body psychically, but the mental aspect of it has been life changing. It gives me more energy, improves my strength (both mental and physical) and has boost my endurance. Being a mom of 2, my life never stops. It’s important for my kids to have the best version of myself, and that is what fitness brings to my lifestyle.
I would love to help others who are wanting to start this journey. Possibly open up my own gym and/or create my own fitness brand.
