What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Believe in your self your stronger than you think everything is in you mind find your goals and don’t stop until you achieve them it’s not easy but it isn’t impossible it’s a lifestyle love your self and know your worthy start with baby steps from marking small changes in your eating habits to exercise 10 minutes a day and stay consistent start with one push up tomorrow you’ll be able to do two the nexts day 3 you’ll be stronger every day speak positive affirm

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has change my life for one I am being a role model to my Daughters I am a personal trainer so I live by example for my clients I fill full of energy and am in the best shape of my life I love my self and fell confident I am a happier me full of life and love what I do this is my passion and helping others achieve their goal fill me with joy if they win I win it’s amazing to see them get stronger every day hearing my self motivate other makes me fell good to a positive influence

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms Health and fitness I would be so proud of my self.I would open my own Yoga studio we’re clients could come and stretch, meditation and relax I would like to do Yoga and with each pose say a positive affirmation I feel like we all struggle with a little self esteem at times so what better that yoga to breath in positivity into our lives I know that the more we say good things to our selves the more we believe it so why not start now I would also take a vacation to the
