To take action, I would say find a professional who is not extreme and knows what he/ she is doing, find someone who you can relate. The most important thing is balance, not getting into extreme situations where you can easily obsess or drop the journey and not make it through the end.
I was obsessed with exercise I used to do it for the calories to have a great body. Finally I do exercise for my mental health, because I have try many disciplines that have helped me in many ways, in yoga I learn to connect with my inner body and mind, with the running I learn to disconnect with swimming I learn to be in peace and with functional training or HIIT I learn to empower me and feel more confident. There are so many things that fitness influence positive in my life.
Invest in my coaching program sachet to help more women out there to get their confidence back and to have a healthy balanced lifestyle, to share my love for fitness and to share the balance in life.
