Eat the right food with the right portion each meal. Avoid sweets. Train everyday or do something that make you move. Drink more water daily. Get better sleep. Take more time for yourself.
Simple; it just makes me feel better. As a nurse, I encourage and do promotion of having a healthy life style and I like the be a leader to other as well. Fitness is a way to prevent diseases and have a better health condition. So much benefits but shortly it will boost your energy, control weight, promotes better sleep, improves mood and it’s also a daily fun time!
First, I would clear my student dettes! Would love to go in Venice, California to train in the famous Gold’s gym. Might also get a new pair of sneakers for training ;-)
