What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Make the decision and just go for it. I slept in my gym clothes for weeks so that I can get up at 5:15 am in the morning to get my work outs in. That was the only time I could go. Create a habit of going. I recommend detoxing the body of impurities and start intermittent fasting bc that helps with eating better and cleaner foods. You deserve to be in a body that is free of pain and inflammation that sucks the energy out of you. Live with purpose and fulfilled in a fit and healthy body.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It have helped me become the person that has Inspired others to becomes more fit and to really take their health seriously. I have over come mental blocks of a serious career change, to become an inspiration to other women in their 40s and above with kids, that being fit doesn’t matter at what age or how many kids we have we can still do it. We can become sexy and confident again. We can Unapologetically love ourselves again. I am so much stronger in my body, my mind, and my core belie

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would pour that into my message to help and save all the women out there suffering from life that has happened to them. I would create scholarships for ladies that can’t afford help. I would help ladies move their mindset into becoming healthy and taking care of their bodies and not abuse it with processed and horrible food addictions, no exercise, and internal mental abuse from themselves.
