I would recommend a set routine for working out and try to cut back on the junk foods such as fast food places and cut out carbonated beverages and drink water. They must have a positive mind/attitude when wanting to be fit and healthy and do it for themselves and no one else.
It keeps me in shape for when I have children of my own and helps me keep a positive mind/attitude during the day. I, also, do not want to have many health issues when I get older.
I would help my mom with some of her debt as well as mine and whatever I had left over I would travel to Ireland and Iceland to explore the land before moving to Alaska in order to become a State Trooper.
