Taking care of yourself and making the right choices with what you put in to your body is an art form, it can be mastered with a bit of will power and the right knowledge, take care of your body for longevity, prevention of disease, agility and function, make the most of the body you have, and let food taste amazing while fueling you with all the delicious nutrients the world has to offer, build your healthiest you with nutrition and exersic

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness brings me the ultimate joy, knowing that I am utilizing my body for a greater good gives me back a great feeling, keeping away illness and injuries that everyday stressors in life can throw at us, when you are confident and happy with yourself because you can achieve something, life is more rewarding, fitness increases your mood and working out daily brings you so many health benefits for not just now but later on in life,Sharing my knowledge and experience with others gives so much back

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were to win the prize money I would invest it into making fitness regimes and nutrition education more available to the modern everyday woman, design educational applications, programmers and equipment to make it easier for people to work out and make healthy decisions based on experience and knowledge from people who have been there before
