What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Commit to yourself...now! A fit and healthy lifestyle develops from consistent positive self talk and daily movement. These concepts are simple, life is not. We must organize to prioritize living a healthy lifestyle through daily recommitment to your goals, both big and small. Share your journey with others, your supporters provide powerful accountability and motivation. Most importantly, if your fitness takes place outside your home- never leave without your gym bag!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness allows me to be the best version of myself by keeping my mind, body and soul in harmony. My days are filled with countless responsibilities, but self-care is always a top priority. I keep fitness central in my life and organize my career, quality time with my son, and preparing delicious and nutritious meals around this. By staying fit and active I feel proud to set a positive example for my son and I am confident he will learn to live a healthy lifestyle.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

These funds can be invested toward developing a special place I have envisioned called ”FitHausLA.” This immersive wellness experience would allow clients to come and live alongside top fitness and health experts and learn to cultivate their healthy habits to transform into their best-selves.
