Trust the process! It is ALL about consistency. I advise anyone starting off on their fitness journey, or looking to reach new levels in their health/fitness, to set reasonable goals and milestones for themselves and not to get discouraged when you don't see results overnight. But, I can guarantee when you do start seeing and feeling changes in your body, you will be more motivated than ever to keep going. Believe in yourself. YOU GOT THIS!!
Fitness allows me to live my best life physically and mentally. Physically, I look better than ever. To me, muscles are sexy! My body type is naturally straight up and down and now I finally have those womanly curves I've always wanted! From a mental perspective, fitness has given me so much more confidence. My mood improves when I hit the gym and it's a fantastic stress reliever. It helps me to deal with the pressures of my hectic lifestyle and to ease my anxiety.
I have a program in the works (unfortunately, I can't say exactly what it is in the early development stage), that I would LOVE to devote part of this money towards. (I will tell you, it's based around female empowerment and fitness and aims to reach women from all walks of life and backgrounds.) Addtionally, I'd love to hire a videographer to help document my fitness/healthy lifestyle habits so that you can all have a closer look and implement them into your own lives.
