Don’t give up on yourself. You show up all the time for others- it’s time to start showing up for yourself. You are worth it. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. And it’s not about a number on a scale- it’s about how you feel.
Fitness is life. I get more out of life when I push myself, when I step out of my comfort zone, when I overcome those things I thought I could never do. There is a sense of satisfaction when I work hard to accomplish a fitness goal. It makes me realize I can do more than I give myself credit for. And that I’m stronger than I think. So much of the battle is mental. What am I saying to myself? I need to continually tell myself, “You’ve got this, you can do hard things.”
My husband & I run a non-profit for kids & families doing camps, retreats, and events. We’ve accrued some debt as we’ve been working on getting our non-profit established. I would use the money to help our family to get out of debt.
