I would recommend to pray, eat plenty of veggies, poultry while keeping a balance -foods from Food Pyramid. Drink half body weight of warm water 1.5hr in exercises. Fall in LOVE Health Wellness & Fitness. Respect your mind, body and spirit w proper nourishment . Do not be concerned with fad unnecessary diets, steroids etc. Take graceful steps into healthier and Happier version of yourself . Try not to compare yourself to others- Enjoy YOUR health journey. Help others along way .
Due to being predisposed to obesity I embrace being THICKER but FIT I workout 2aday /5-6 days a week! -Every Morning I start my day with prayer, praise and stretching . Not perfect however I try to juice 3-4 days a week (variety of fruit& veggies) Next I incorporate several styles of exercise regimens from Walking-Running - Roping , , Plyometrics, Weights ,Boxing -& Variety of classes including Bootcamp ! My daily goal is to start with high energy, mental clarity and positive mood.
If I were to win 20,000 with (other investor-(s) I would start Fitness House- Healthy Habits Matter Fitness Home l (in house stay Bootcamp) with goals to help obese individuals who has lost hope and desire to live healthy lives. The winnings would help to provide multiple services - including 30 up to 90 days -to reside in weight loss Bootcamp -providing services like -spiritual ,nutritional support and daily personal training and fitnes.
