Lift weights because it’s the fountain of youth. Make it a life long journey, always picking an area to focus on for 6 months while continuing on all your entire body. Our bodies are like clay, allowing us to mold and shape however we choose. Eat for fuel 80% of the time. It may be boring but you’ll learn to love your meals and crave them.
I have maintained and improved myself over the past 20 years. So many people I’ve met have thanked me for being an inspiration to them and how I’ve changed there life. Even the mailman tells me how he’s started working out again. I get asked for advice from strangers wherever I go. Being a role model makes my passion even more important to me. I’m an elementary school secretary and even the kids ask about my muscles and how they can get muscles like mine!
I would donate most of it to the school I work at to leave a legacy and help the children learn to love fitness and being active.
