Incorporating a healthy active lifestyle have allowed me to maintain my optimum weight, gave me more energy and gained mental & physical strength. It has allowed me to inspire and empower others to also embark on this journey of creating a better version of ourselves.
I would be super excited to invest the money into growing my business where I currently offer free fitness & nutrition classes to our community. So this would allow me to create a bigger impact in our community.
