Decrease your stress. Do things that bring you happiness. Make a plan for your goals each week. Stay consistent even if you only have 5 - 10 min. Mental wellness is a big component so listen to hypnotherapy, positive motivational messages and videos and write down or say out loud positive affirmations every day.
Fitness positively influences my life because I get to encourage, motivate, and inspire others with my actions and knowledge. It helps my chronic back and neck pain to be more manageable and helps keeps my hormones and emotions more balanced. I feel good about myself so I can keep shining my light and help change other peoples lives.
First give back to God since it's his money anyway. Invest a portion for my horse farm wellness retreat, pay some debt and keep the rest for expenses over the next few months.
