Maintaining proper water intake levels for homeostasis helps ensure adequate PH levels for proper cellular functioning. Listen to what your body is telling you, and never be afraid to workout. Even if it seems like climbing Mt. Everest, every step made towards your health and fitness goal is a move in a positive direction.
Fitness positively influences my life as a nursing student, and licensed nurse assistant while taking care of my patients. My fitness is encouraging for patients with activities of daily living to do the best they can everyday. Fitness is the embodiment of mind, body, and soul. Working out, playing tennis, hiking, rollerblading, swimming, karate, barre, strength training, even horseback riding are all activities which I love to frequent that help positively impact my life on a daily basis.
As Ms. Health and Fitness I would continue my health and fitness journey inspiring and helping others. The funds would go towards my surgical travel nursing bachelors degree, and to travel the world. Also moving to NY officially to be closer to opportunities in actressing, modeling, and be closer to my friends studio for my guitar lessons.
