When it comes to starting your fitness journey, start small. Commit to 2-3 workout sessions per week (something that is doable for you and your schedule) and build from there. It’s not a race, it’s a life style transition!
Fitness offers me an outlet from everyday stress from work and life circumstances. It creates a zone where I can continually make progress and help those around me do the same!
If I were to win the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would first do a few give aways. Something like a gym starter pack, (gym membership, supplements, and a few workout outfits/ gift cards) to help a few others get a jump start on their fitness journey! With the remainder of the money I’d treat my sweet coach/ husband to a trip with hopes to show him my appreciation towards his commitment to seeing me progress and grow as a figure competitor/power-lifer/wife!
