Brittany Ayers

GOOFY! No, but seriously. Very goofy! Ha! I'm extremely down to earth. I love BIG! I am shy at first, oh but wait until you get to know me!

Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Brittany Ayers and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Keep at it and stay positive! Mentally prepare yourself. It truly is all just a mind game. It is hard work, it is a lot of dedication, you will have days where you want to give up, you will have days where you will cheat, YOU ARE HUMAN. We all go through it, but instead of giving up, just use the next day as a brand new day. Stay after it! Your body is truly a machine and has no limitations. Get in the right mindset and you can achieve anything you put your mind to.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has been a great way to decompress and unwind. It has allowed me to become the best version of me, mentally and physically. I have more energy to play with my kids, I have a better understanding of "you are what you eat," and I just feel confident! I am such a people person and I LOVE helping others, so when I started this journey into fitness and started seeing results, I felt more and more led to help others on their fitness journey and I have made many great relationships.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would donate to a child adoption agency or would bless this money to a couple who are unable to have children, but cannot afford to adopt a child to call their own. Times are tough. Money is tight. There are tons of children that need homes and love. There are so many families that are not able to have children, and they are good people that deserve to have a family. I would love to bless a family in that aspect of life. God says that children are a gift. I believe this 100%. LOVE is LOVE.
