Instead of implementing ALL the changes, take baby steps and start with just one per week. Get an accountability partner! A coach, friend, spouse, someone to help hold you accountable to achieve the goals you set.Keep your head up and don’t’ compare your “start” to others
Not only does fitness push me to be the best version of myself each day, but I am able to influence others through fitness and coaching. It has saved my life and changed my life for the better. A life of fitness has given me strength both physically and mentally, lifting me up when I was down. It’s more than a passion, but my purpose, to help others find their way through fitness as well.
I would kick-start my journey back to school to become a Registered Dietician. I want to broaden my ability to impact others in health and fitness, nutrition is a huge part of that!
