I always recommend establishing long term habits so that it isn't a "diet" or "temporary burst of activity", but rather a lifestyle change that is realistic and maintainable. I suggest people identify healthy foods that they enjoy so they can make a lifestyle change vs. following a meal plan for a short period of time. I also suggest people select activities they enjoy so that it is a part of their day that they love.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. From dance, to sports, to teaching aerobics starting in college, to it becoming my full time career. It has always kept me in line with my true passion and in turn I have been able to stay in shape, stay healthy, and help others do the same. I can't imagine doing anything else!
I would fund my efforts to continue to share content with others. My goal is to go as wide and deep as possible to help others achieve the lifestyle and body they have always wanted. I think that we have a responsibility in this industry to help others by getting quality, scientifically proven information out so that everyone can benefit and live a healthy lifestyle.
