People do not plan to fail, but they FAIL to PLAN!!! ---ALWAYS SET GOALS! * When you dont feel like it, DO IT ANYWAY!!! Train when youre tired and you'll have more energy AFTERWARDS!!! And be more mentally focused! * KEEP an ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER!
Focusing on fitness helped me over come the first hand witness of the death of my dad. Had I not found peace and serentity and focus in training, I dont know what would have happened. Now, as a daily focus, training helps me stay mentally sharp, physically strong, and in a great emotional mood with all of the endorphins released Post Workout!
If I won Ms. Health and Fitness, I would create a Physical Therapy program that involved DPT students to go out into the community and teach others (kids, adult, geriatrics) about obesity, diabetes, and other chronic diseases that can be CURED by health and fitness!! NOT BIG PHARMA!
