I love all of the energy and positive feelings that come from setting fitness goals and then achieving them. It trains my mind and body to get addicted to that feeling. When the adrenaline pumps and the endorphins fire off after reaching my objectives - I simply want more. I think its a really positive thing to train your mind and body to want more of and I think it has translated well into everything that I do. I know that feeling & I know I am capable
Simply put - experience more of life. I love to travel and see new places. I love to meet new people and hear their stories. So I would plan my next few amazing adventures and surround myself with the people that I love, so they could experience them with me. And of course build my vision to help bring fitness to more and spread my passion.
