What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Always Just Be You. Follow your heart and never give up on your dreams. Don’t feel like you have to be put in a box. Your goals and dreams and your fit and healthy doesn’t have to be like everyone else. It should be your own. My journey has been crazy between bulging discs, hypothyroidism, to hormone imbalances. No matter what don’t give up. ♥️ In the end it will make you stronger and be worth it.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has been my me time as a mom. And it’s helped me to influence others along the way. It is my stress outlet and it helps me show my clients, friends, and family that no matter what you should always follow your dreams and try to continue to crush your goals. I have had many set backs in my fitness journey but each one I’ve come out on the other side. It’s made me a stronger person because of it.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

To be the next Ms Heath and Fitness isn’t about winning the money for me. It’s about reaching out to others and inspiring them and showing them that no matter what obstacles are put in your way you can still rise above. But I would use it further my career to help me to help others follow their dreams and never give up on their goals. It would be an investment back into the fitness community.
